Plans have been put forward by Steve and Sally Abbott for two new homes on The Street in Lyng near Dereham.

The land was previously occupied by manufacturing site Flood Ark Ltd, which stopped trading after the owners retired.

A previous application was lodged for the site in 2024, which was refused due to offering "a poor quality of provision for future occupiers".

Now concerns have been expressed over the wider impact of the new plans on the village.
