Frothy foam at seafront fountains caused by vandal attack

A frothy foam formed on Thursday morning as the Royal Plain fountains in Lowestoft were affected by "one person’s actions" council bosses said.

However, East Suffolk Council - which oversees the interactive water feature near the seafront - said engineers were quickly on scene to carry out works, enabling the fountains to operate once more.
