Fred Croot, died there on May 11 this year.

Norfolk Coroner’s Court heard the 39-year-old was formally identified to police by a support worker from his accommodation at Vicarage Road, Cromer.

The support worker told the court he had known Mr Croot for around three weeks and last saw him alive on May 9.
