Coastal B&B going under the hammer
Hooray Henrys B&B on Cromer Road in Sheringham will be up for auction on March 25 after the owners decided not to continue the business.
They are still running and maintaining the site after the former sub-let lease of 10 years expired.

Hooray Henrys will be up for auction with Auction House East Anglia with a guide price of £550,000-£600,000 (plus fees).
The house offers six letting rooms, all furnished and decorated individually in different styles, with two rooms on the ground floor and four on the first floor.

There are a further two bedrooms in the attic, which would need to be granted planning permission to develop.
Included in the downstairs space is a sitting room, a large kitchen and guest dining areas, with a further bedroom used for manager accommodation.
A spokesman for Auction House East Anglia said: "For those of you who are interested in creating a substantial family home on the North Norfolk coast, the house (with some adaptations and updating) could become a great family home."
