LK Bennett currently runs nine standalone stores and 13 concessions, including a concession at Jarrolds in the city.

All of these locations will permanently close on Sunday.

It comes after the firm entered administration earlier this year.

LK Bennett was acquired by the US firm Gordon Brothers, which also owns Laura Ashley and Poundland, at the start of the year, but its stores and concessions were not part of the rescue deal.

Its website stopped accepting new orders at the start of the week, with a message online stating that "website and phone orders now closed - shop in store for a limited time".

Previously made orders will still be honoured.

LK Bennett was founded by Linda Bennett in London in 1990.

The brand - known for its vibrant prints and long-lasting quality - was once a staple in the Princess of Wales' wardrobe.
