Miss Roberts claims she was forced to pull over on Delph Way near Norwich Airport as her six-year-old son had unbuckled his seatbelt and was screaming that he needed the toilet on May 29.

She has spent months fighting her case, only to see both of her appeals to Vehicle Control Services Ltd, the company which issues the fines, and the Independent Appeals Service (IAS), rejected.
