Franky Pearcey is hoping to get a resident DJ to perform every Saturday in Butcher Bhoy’s upstairs bar after a “crazy busy” few weeks at its Queen Street spot.

The 23-year-old moved the business from Exchange Street and relaunched it at the new site, which has a "much higher footfall", on June 19.

And a month later, he is already planning to boost the venue’s entertainment offering.

He said: “It has been very busy, Fridays and Saturdays have exceeded........
