Fed-up tenant takes his battle with City Hall to Housing Ombudsman
Jonathan Baker, who lives on Hansard Road, is hoping the public body - an independent service that investigates complaints from tenants - will award him £750 over issues he has had with Norwich City Council since moving into his bungalow in August.
