Bluebird Care East Suffolk, which operates in Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, was rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) after its first inspection, which finished in August.

It is run by Loved Ones Home Care Ltd and provides visiting care and live-in care to people of all ages in their own homes.

At the time of the inspection, the service was supporting 96 people.

The CQC carried out the inspection as part of its routine monitoring of care services.

The service, which was set up in 2024, was rated outstanding for being caring and well-led. Its safe, effective and responsive services were rated good.
