Norfolk County Council officials are proposing a traffic order which would reduce the limit on part of the A140 Aylsham Bypass.

The council is also planning to install a new toucan crossing on the road.

The new 50mph limit would apply between the Norwich Road roundabout and the Burgh Road roundabout, while the new crossing would be installed where the Bure Valley Path - the popular nine-mile........
