'Business as usual' pledge as famous farm wildlife haven goes up for sale at £2.5m
High Ash Farm at Caistor St Edmund, two miles south of Norwich, is well-known across the county for its diverse wildlife - promoted by tenant farmer Chris Skinner through the popular nature enthusiast's radio shows and podcasts.
His dedication to conservation and public engagement has been continued in recent years by his son Daniel Skinner, who returned to manage the farm and its livery business in 2011 with his partner Stephanie Laurence.
Daniel said the family is "investigating the possibilities" of potentially buying the land.
But regardless of who the eventual buyer will be, he said the farm's wildlife work and other businesses will remain unaffected - as their secure tenancy must legally be continued by the new landlords.

Rural property agency Savills is selling the freehold subject to an Agricultural Holdings Act (AHA) tenancy, which is protected for three generations.
The Skinner family has reassured High Ash Farm's visitors and customers that this means it will "continue to live and work here for many years to come" - extending its efforts to create habitats, welcome walkers and riders, and run the farm's successful livery business.

"If it's........
