If you were scoring the last two years by any other metric than Let’s intimidate governments into doing our bidding and normalize violence against Jews, Hamas and their allies have posted nothing but absolutely historic L’s (losses) since Oct. 7th, 2023.

But it was plain as day that Hamas’s goal was intimidation and normalizing violence, and by that measure, Hamas has enjoyed a roaring success. They told you so back when Oct. 7th was still raw, when they were tweeting about how anyone who didn’t approve of Hamas’ methods were losers too focused on vibes, papers, and essays to do the real work of decolonization. They told you just days ago, when two Jews were murdered in Manchester and police on the streets of Montreal told journalists they could not approach a so-called peaceful protest to film the goings-on because their safety could not be guaranteed (at the ‘peaceful’ protest).

From then to now, there were countless horrific videos and photos from Gaza, repeated findings that supported the conclusion that a genocide was taking place, and systemic PR failures by Israel and Jewish communities all over the world. And were it not for the fact that using these facts to prosecute a case against Israel, Zionism, and support among Jewish communities for the same was always Plan B........
