An oilman goes electric
From college, where I more or less stumbled into majoring in geology, I credit the good Lord for guiding me into what has been a fulfilling career. Being an oil and gas exploration geologist is such an attractive profession that I regret not being actively involved now.
Currently, the worldwide oil and gas industry is in turmoil, and although the price of crude oil has been high, it is volatile, and no one can accurately predict what the price will be in the future. With the market being so unstable, the needed investment to supply the world's demand for petroleum is not readily available, and for independent oilmen such as myself, that means investment money is non-existent.
