Is Minnesota the First Shots in America’s Next Civil War?

There are two major factions in America today, Left and Right, liberal and conservative, Democrat and Republican—whatever we wish to call them—that are vying for the minds and hearts of the American people. We have allowed the federal government to have way too much power, far, far more power than our Founding Fathers intended it to have, and thus, with so much power now being in the hands of the feds, those with megalomaniacal inclinations want to control that government, and that exists on both sides of the aisle.

The major dividing issue is the kind of America that the two sides want. Therein lies the main problem. Right and Left desire two different Americas. Conservatives seek a virtuous, limited government, based upon traditional Judeo-Christian values, as intended by our Founders and as embodied in the Declaration of Independence and 1789 Constitution. The Left has rejected that vision of the country and does not want it at all. Frankly, they hate that kind of America—and those who argue for it. Leftists—all over the world, and that means America, too—crave a totalitarian, Marxist government with them, of course, in control of it. The two visions are polar opposites. How long they can exist together in a democracy is anybody's guess.

I sincerely doubt most "common people" in the Democratic Party understand the difference noted above, but the Left's leaders certainly know what they are doing and fighting for. But they can't tell that to the masses. Communism never tells the people, in advance, what it has in store for them. It always lies; it has to. Nobody........
