Way back in the halcyon days of 2009, Dr. Henry Cloud wrote a book titled Integrity: The Courage to Meet the Demands of Reality. You might have missed it. I’m pretty sure Pierre Poilievre did.

Last week, Prime Minister Mark Carney travelled to Davos, Switzerland. He was there to address the globe’s financial and political leaders. Poilievre’s office said the trip was an “unneeded indulgence.” You can decide.

Carney was obviously both respected and comfortable in the gaggle of global leaders. He doesn’t have to wear odd socks to get attention in the world of politics and finance.

His message was short, blunt, strategic and meaningful. He said........
