Srinagar: Describing Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan as a true friend and sympathiser of Jammu and Kashmir, the launch of PMGSY-IV (Batch-II) at SKICC Srinagar witnessed a strong political message on rural connectivity and Centre–UT cooperation, with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah also referring to him as “mama,” a popular public tag associated with him in Madhya Pradesh.
