President Trump is hosting Chinese President Xi Jinping and First Lady Peng Liyuan at the White House for a formal state dinner Thursday night

The Office of the First Lady announced the menu ahead of the gathering at the White House, which will bookend a day filled with meetings between Trump and Xi. First Lady Melania Trump headed up “the preparations for the dinner,” the office stated.

The Trumps greeted Xi and Peng when they arrived Wednesday........
