Even Top Dems Think Biden Appointee Isn’t Ready For Big Leagues

Former Biden cabinet member and California gubernatorial candidate Xavier Becerra suffered an incredibly embarrassing moment during an interview with a local news outlet Tuesday, and one of his biggest detractors in the Democratic Party took notice.

Becerra opened his interview with the Los Angeles outlet KTLA by demanding that the reporter ask him softball questions and limit the number of “tough questions.” He then proceeded to deliver a string of meaningless answers to her inquiries, which were tough but totally fair.
