The Indiana Hoosiers won the college football national championship only months ago. The Purdue Boilermakers, on the other hand, haven’t won any kind of national championship in nearly two decades — 16 years to be exact.

But that didn’t stop Tommy McClelland, the new athletic director of Purdue, from taking an incredibly weird shot at the school’s rival.

“Every recruit, every current student athlete will hear this message repeatedly — we are here to win championships,” said McClelland while speaking........
