Six Welsh-language films have been awarded funding through a scheme.

Llyfr Glas Nebo, Daffodil, and Whale Fall are among the projects to receive backing through the second round of development funding from Sinema Cymru, a collaboration between S4C, Ffilm Cymru Wales, and the Welsh Government through Creative Wales.

The scheme makes up to £30,000 available for individual projects with the potential to be ready for production within 12 months of the start of the development period, with earlier stage concepts eligible for up to £10,000.
