The Other Side of Murder, New Theatre, Cardiff

The Other Side of Murder is the third in a trilogy of plays by Torben Betts - which to be honest I didn't know until I read the programme as we sat waiting for curtain up.

Did that spoil my enjoyment of the production? Not at all (although it does mean I am now quite eager to see the two other plays in the trilogy after seeing this one).

This is a brilliant stand-alone thriller - funny and dark at the same time with a hint of Black Mirror and an excellent totally unexpected twist at the end.
