A mother of two and Welsh triathlete, described as a ‘fierce competitor,’ was killed when a white van driver misjudged an overtake on a dual carriageway.

Crash Detectives will be looking back at the tragic death of 52-year-old Rebecca Comins.

She was a multiple Ironman Wales finisher and represented the Great Britain Age Group Team at the European Championships in Tartu 2018, as well as at the World Championships in Lausanne in 2019.
