The Bay Area is expected to see another wet and stormy day on Tuesday as a low-pressure system continues to move through the area. Already, the storm has dropped about an inch to an inch and a half of precipitation in San Francisco and Oakland since Monday, according to National Weather Service meteorologist Dylan Flynn.

“It’s a lot of rain for April,” Flynn told SFGATE, adding that the storm dropped 3 inches of rain just outside the Bay Area in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The unsettled wet weather is due to a cold front followed........
