In Wisconsin recently, investigators discovered human skulls and items related to serial killers in the home of a man who’s been stalking a former girlfriend in Wisconsin for 13 years. Benjamin Larson, 47, was charged with a felony count of stalking. He claims his therapist gave him some tips. If so, it’s likely the therapist didn’t know everything the cops discovered.

Larson had briefly dated his victim in 2013, but things got intense. He apparently revealed his obsession with serial killer Ed Gein. When he threatened to end his life, she broke everything off and left the area. He pursued her with emails and gifts. He entered therapy, and the therapist allegedly reached out to the woman. She ignored all attempts to contact her. Larson claims his therapist told him she’d have to respond if he filed a complaint. (It’s unclear if this allegation is true.) He showed her he’d kept tabs on her, including an awareness of her marriage and new address.

In Larson’s home on August 14, investigators from the Sheriff’s Office found a rubbing from Ed Gein’s gravestone, 10 binders labeled “Edward Gein Book,” and a label on a jar that supposedly contained part of John Wayne Gacy's brain. On shelves were human skulls. A padlocked room revealed a sex doll and a painting of a nude that resembled the victim, along with framed images of her.
