If you’re not a parent, you might imagine that parenthood changes just about everything. And if you are a parent, then you certainly don’t need anyone to tell you that. You are all too aware!
When couples step into their role as parents, they can feel the strain of this shift and tend to be less content in their relationship. So what do we do with that knowledge? Say, “Oh well! That’s just how it goes!” and do a proverbial shoulder shrug? I guess we could, but that would be pretty dissatisfying, and it wouldn’t do couples any good.........
