When I learned a coworker of mine had not visited Agave By Imperial, I was eager to share her first experience. We had bonded over our love of La Hacienda Mexican so I knew that Agave By Imperial — located at 376 George St. N. — was going to be an amazing addition to our Mexican dining list.

Our server Sabryna greeted us and we sat at one of the hi-top tables by the bar. We ordered the “Mac Pastor” Mac and Cheese dish as well as two $16 lunch specials with margaritas. The lunch special was a perfect size offering two tacos (Chicken Tinga/Beef Barbocoa) paired with a plate of guacamole and chips.
