Kieron Mytton was hoping to create a self-build property at Willow Farm on Elsing Road in North Tuddenham.

The development was said to be part of "substantial renovation works" at the farm.

The home would be spread across two floors and feature four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge, dining room, utility room, home office, boot room, and garage.
