William Leonard Fairweather, 88, died at Mill House, Horstead, in Norwich on February 10, 2025.

At a pre-inquest review hearing at Norfolk Coroner’s Court, Yvonne Blake, the area coroner, identified whether any delay in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was “more than minimally causative” in Mr Fairweather’s death as one of the key issues to be explored.

The inquest will also examine communication between Mr Fairweather’s GP surgery - Coltishall Medical Practice - and the care home where he was living.
