Norwich's Rose Lane multi-storey is in line for a tech overhaul, as council chiefs admit its ticket machines, barriers and CCTV are past their best.

Some £75,000 has been earmarked for new barriers and payment kit, £10,000 for CCTV cameras, and a £10,000 safety net for unexpected costs.
