Energy chief unveils bid to become mayor for Norfolk and Suffolk
Kevin Keable, chairman of the East of England Energy Group (EEEGR), has thrown his hat in the ring to be the Liberal Democrats' candidate for the role.
Mr Keable, who lives near Norwich and was born in Beccles, says he wants to make Norfolk and Suffolk a "global energy superpower" and create thousands of new jobs in the sector.
It comes after the Conservatives revealed Suffolk Police and Crime Commissioner Tim Passmore as the party's candidate, selected over Suffolk County Council leader........
