Lisa Vincent, who runs the Sandwich Shop on Wensum Street, said she is especially thrilled since the cafe has had to tackle staffing issues, paying 20pc VAT, and the pressure of keeping her operation successful.

The Sandwich Shop is a social enterprise that helps tackle food poverty and donates all of its profit to community projects.
