Justin Mousley-Jones, 27, who is an inmate at HMP Norwich, admitted harassment involving fear of violence and threats to share intimate images when he appeared before Ipswich Crown Court.

The court heard the complainant ended her relationship with Mousley-Jones in January while he was in custody and asked prison authorities not to allow him to contact her.
