Jharkhand protests: CID takes ex- JPSC chairman in custody over irregularities in exams

Ranchi: Amid student protests in Jharkhand of Ranchi over alleged irregularities in Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) examinations, the police took former JPSC chairman L Khiyangte in custody on Monday. He was taken in custody by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

According to a report published by News 18, he was taken in custody after seven hours of questioning. Appointed as JPSC chairman last year, he had resigned from the post........
