New Delhi: MG has officially launched its most dramatic-looking and fastest vehicle yet in India. The MG Cyberster, an all-electric roadster with supercar-like numbers, is now available for pre-reserved bookings at Rs 72.49 lakh (ex-showroom). For everyone else, the price climbs to Rs 74.99 lakh. Bookings start July 25, and deliveries begin August 10.

The car comes under MG SELECT, the luxury channel of JSW MG Motor India. This marks a sharp turn into the premium EV segment for the joint venture between JSW Group and SAIC Motor. The Cyberster is not a rebadged SUV or compact hatchback. It is a two-door, drop-top sports car with 510 PS of power and 725 Nm torque, sprinting from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.2 seconds.
