2026 Toyota Glanza facelift arrives for Rs 6.99 lakh; comes with 3-cylinder engine now

Toyota has launched the updated Glanza in India, with the premium hatchback coming with a redesigned front end, additional features, a new 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, a new AMT with CNG and much more.

New Delhi: Toyota has revealed the 2026 Glanza facelift in India. It comes with a series of cosmetic, mechanical and equipment upgrades to its premium hatchback. The updated model is available in five trims, which include E, S, G, V and V (O), with prices starting at Rs 6.99 lakh (ex-showroom). 

The biggest change comes under the bonnet, with Toyota replacing the previous four-cylinder petrol engine with a new three-cylinder unit. 

The updated engine gets improved fuel efficiency and is available with manual and automated manual transmission options in both petrol and CNG configurations. The facelift also gets several features previously unavailable on the Glanza. That includes ventilated front seats, wireless smartphone charging and a Level 2 advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).

The updated Glanza will continue to compete with India’s premium hatchback segment against the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Hyundai i20, Hyundai i20 N Line and Tata Altroz.
