New Delhi: Ahead of the West Bengal Assembly elections, the Election Commission has enforced strict curbs on the state by banning bike rallies, restricting night-time movement, and limiting pillion riding to ensure free and fair elections.

The first phase of voting will be conducted on April 23, and the curbs have been implemented on Tuesday, April 21- two days before polling and in all 152 constituencies, which come under phase 1........
