New Delhi: Audi is all set to make its Formula 1 debut in 2026, marking a big step for the German automaker in motorsport. The brand will join the F1 grid with a car inspired by the R26 Concept, featuring Audi’s trademark racing with various colours options, However the official race car will be unveiled in January 2026.

The 2026 Formula 1 season will begin on March 8 in Australia. It will also come up with major regulation changes, affecting both the powertrain and chassis from the FIA. Aim to make cars more efficient and sustainable while maintaining high performance. Alongside Audi, Cadillac will also make its Formula 1 debut that year, fielding drivers Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez.
