Dino Morea allowed to leave after EOW questioning in Mithi River desilting case

Mumbai Police said actor Dino Morea was allowed to leave after questioning in the alleged Mithi River desilting scam. Officials said investigators may call him again if required. The EOW is examining alleged irregularities that it claims caused the BMC a loss of Rs 65.54 crore, along with business links and financial transactions involving people connected to the case.

New Delhi: Actor Dino Morea was allowed to leave after the Mumbai Police’s Economic Offences Wing questioned him in connection with the alleged Mithi River desilting scam. Police said they may summon him again if the investigation requires further questioning.

“After questioning he has been allowed to go. As per the need and requirement, he may be called again for further questioning and processes as per law. Thanks.”
