Veteran India pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar has said he is ready to make his long-awaited comeback for India if selectors view him as part of the team's plans for the 2027 ODI World Cup.

New Delhi: Amid growing calls over his inclusion in India’s ODI setup ahead of the World Cup next year, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has thrown his hat in the ring for selection. The veteran pacer said he is ready to make his much-awaited comeback for the Indian team if the selectors consider him part of the Men in Blue’s plans for the 2027 ODI World Cup.

Bhuvneshwar last played for India in January 2022 before being sidelined as the selectors and the team management decided to move on from the senior pacer and prioritise the youngsters coming up at the time.
