Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation for projects worth over Rs 12,000 crore, spanning power, health, infrastructure, and urban development.

Notable projects included the Aunta-Simaria Ganga Bridge, a 1.86-km six-lane bridge on NH-31, costing Rs 1,870 crore, enhancing connectivity between Mokama and Begusarai, reducing travel distance by over 100 km for heavy vehicles. A 660-MW thermal power plant worth Rs 6,880 crore to boost energy security and the Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre inaugurated in Muzaffarpur to provide advanced, affordable cancer care, were key highlights of the Modi infrastructure blitzkrieg in Bihar. Sewerage treatment plant (STP) and network in Munger under the Namami Gange initiative, costing over Rs 520 crore to reduce pollution, needs special mention. Other urban infrastructure projects included foundation stones that were laid for STPs and water supply projects in Aurangabad, Bodhgaya, and Jehanabad under AMRUT 2.0 Amrit Bharat Express (Gaya-Delhi) and Buddhist Circuit Train (Vaishali-Koderma) to boost tourism and connectivity were also inaugurated.

PM Modi called out the bluff of the RJD and Congress, accusing them of treating Bihar’s people as a vote bank and neglecting their struggles. He referenced the RJD’s “lantern rule" as a period of “darkness" marked by red terror, lack of education, and forced migration. He also recalled Revanth Reddy, the Congress CM of Telangana, for his past statement against Biharis, accusing RJD of ignoring such insults.
