Gustavo Gordillo, the nearly 40-year-old co-chair of New York City’s Democratic Socialists of America chapter, kicks back in a cushy Bed-Stuy row house that his parents bought and renovated for him.

This is the same guy who appeared to relish the idea of bodega owners being put out of business by Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s bread-line boondoggle during one recent interview with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum.

And who called out landlords directly by striking down the straw man of a “constitutional right to double-digit returns on their investment.”

Meanwhile, the DSA’s official platform calls for “a redistribution of land from the landowners to the landless.”
