If you had told me that I would be spending my Thursday late shift skulking around the sticky booths of a Sheffield nightclub hoping to catch a glimpse of 'Britain's most prolific adult star,' I would have scoffed.

Yet, with the scent of Lynx Africa heavy in the air and all my feminism placed to one side, I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to find out - in the flesh - why Bonnie Blue ruffles so many feathers.

On the final stretch of her 'Bang Bus' tour, Bonnie Blue - known for better or for worse for having sex with 1,057 partners in 12 hours - was scheduled to descend onto Onyx Nightclub, promising a 'barely legal' boozer and a meet-and-greet.

My honest review? I felt uncomfortable the moment I stepped through the door: Bonnie Blue may have been dead behind the eyes in all her photos - but by the end of the event, so was I.

Some might call Bonnie's work a dangerous contribution to a platform built on a complex........
