In public governance and administration, the role of intellectuals is essential. Obtaining diverse intellectual perspectives is pivotal for crafting effective and inclusive policies. This raises the question: do the intellectuals of Jammu and Kashmir have a platform to express their views? Currently, there appears to be no formal platform where intellectuals can present their viewpoints for the benefit of society through an intellectual arena. To address this critical gap, we must propose a plan to establish a dedicated wing that serves as a vital platform for the intellectuals of Jammu and Kashmir. This wing would provide a space for sharing policy ideas, analyses, roadmaps, and strategic suggestions across various sectors. Such an initiative promises to bridge the existing gap between ground-level insights and decision-making, fostering a more informed and participatory policy environment.

This is the vision. What I write daily, my viewpoints on different sectors of life, are thoughts and ideas that can change lives. Every writer has ideas, opinions, and suggestions for specific sectors of life that should be considered for the greater interest of the nation. The primary objective of the Policy Analysis Wing is to create a structured mechanism that systematically collects and channels policy inputs from thinkers, researchers, writers, and scholars within the region. Often, valuable suggestions and strategic recommendations from intellectuals do not reach the corridors of power due to the lack of a formal conduit. This wing seeks to change that by launching a public platform where ideas can be shared, debated, and refined within the government sector.
