Dr. Anthony Fauci refused to answer questions on Capitol Hill Wednesday, but the humiliating release of his secret COVID-era diary just days before had already provided all the answers we needed about his demented ego and matchless mendacity.
Fauci short-circuited fireworks at the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee hearing, run by his arch nemesis, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., by pleading the Fifth Amendment 111 times, even though he has a full pardon from the autopen of former President Joe Biden. But we had already heard plenty from him, thanks to the diary that was discovered on Fauci's government computer.
