The price of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude is currently north of $80US per barrel. Been there for nearly three weeks. If it were to stay at that level through September 16 – and it could given the on-again, off-again nature of Donald Trump’s vanity war with Iran – the Alberta government would have to give Albertans lower fuel taxes.
