Laura Baxter, visited the fast-food restaurant in Stowmarket on Saturday, after her three children were given change by their grandmother, which they decided they wanted to spend on McDonald's.

The 35-year-old from Bungay says the family then sat down to have their food when she noticed what looked like bite marks on her food.

"I was completely shocked", she said.

"I thought, this is absolutely vile, anyone could have bitten into that, it's disgusting."
