Halesworth Campus officials have applied to East Suffolk Council to discharge three outstanding planning conditions linked to the first phase of the project, which will deliver a new grass rugby pitch, 3G football pitch, floodlights, and parking.

The latest application is seeking approval for a construction management plan, phasing plan, and surface water strategy, requirements that trustees previously identified as among the final planning obstacles delaying work on the scheme.
