Paul Frost, 55, was seen on security footage in a branch of Boots opening a bottle of body oil on the shelves before putting his hands down his trousers.

He then walked around the store on Market Place in Great Yarmouth following and secretly observing a young woman on December 5 last year.
Frost, previously of Dene Side in the town, denied he was pleasuring himself claiming he had been suffering from severe irritation caused by an infection and had no money to purchase medication.

He was found guilty of an offence of outraging public decency following a trial at Norwich Magistrates’ Court.
A second allegation that he masturbated on Yarmouth beach was dismissed.
Jan Brewer, prosecuting, said police had been alerted about Frost’s behaviour after store security staff reviewed CCTV.
PC Jamie Land, who arrested him at Great Yarmouth railway station, said: “He was talking to a woman and as she walked away the CCTV showed him putting his hands down his trousers and rubbing himself as he followed her around the store.
“He seemed to be fixated on her while touching his genitals. She was unaware but it was a busy period with other customers in the store.”

He said the video led him to believe that the man “posed a risk to lone females and the wider public”.
Store security guard Christopher Jervis told the trial: “It was really strange behaviour to put his hands down his trousers and follow a young lady. It was wrong and disgusting.”
Asked what his intentions had been on entering the store, Frost said: “All I can remember doing is using the body oil to soothe the itching because it was incredibly uncomfortable.
“I wasn’t following anybody. I was feeling desperate and didn’t know what else to do.”
But the prosecutor responded: “I suggest the itch was something very different than an irritation in your genital area.”
Frost will be sentenced on May 20 when an application for a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) will be made.
