Food festival and wacky races: 5 unmissable events in Norfolk this month
Here is a list of some of the things you can do this September across the county.
1. North Norfolk Food & Drink Festival

Where: Walled Garden, Holkham Hall, near Wells-next-the-Sea, NR23 1RH
When: September 5 to 6, 10am to 4pm
Cost: Free entry, £6.50 parking per vehicle
This is one of Norfolk’s largest food festivals, featuring more than 60 local producers and 15 food and drink trucks.
Now in its 17th year, the event celebrates the best in local produce, attracting more than 12,000 visitors over two days last year.
It will also have a cookery theatre with demonstrations from television chef Chris Coubrough and private chef Saim Khan, who has cooked for figures such as Barack Obama, Bill Gates, Angelina Jolie and members of the Royal Family.
