Plans for new self-build home in village rejected over 'light pollution' concerns
Planners at Great Yarmouth Borough Council have rejected a proposal to build a house and demolish an agricultural dwelling in Burgh Castle.
The plans, submitted by Russell Loades, would have seen the creation of a dwelling in the field next to the agricultural building - located on a former piggery complex - at Breydon View on Market Road.
